Dsquared2 Spring 2012

Images: Style.com
Among the list of my favorite designers, Dsquared2 have always been listed on top, why? because I love the way they add to every collection a touch of playfulness, carefreeness and a lot of color. Every collection is sexy, fun and flirty, feels like good mood is guaranteed no matter what! In a few words, they never disappoint me.

Persy by Yaniv Persy

Recently I discovered a new upcoming Israeli designer Yaniv Persy. You know how much I love fresh and rising designers who have their whole career in front of them.
Yaniv has outstanding skills as a designer and has collaborated with leading international designers and fashion houses such as :John Galliano, Roberto Cavalli, Donna Karen, Georges Rech and Alber Elbaz.
Yaniv's designs are romantic but with an edgy twist. I especially love the textures and fabrics he uses in his collections; light silk chiffon, organza and light napa leather are some of them.
The shapes are also very sexy and appealing, complementing women's body and making her feel the queen of the evening.
In the collection you will find long evening dresses alongside flirty tunics and sartorial pieces, perfect for day and night.

Favorite corner of my NY apartment

Every time I see someones perfectly organized wardrobe, I get recharged and enthusiastic to reorganize and bring to a perfection my own. I mean, let's face it, everything looks more appealing and desirable when it's organized and neat. I believe that whoever has an eye for fashion, knows a thing or two about aesthetic aspects as well. Since I remember having a thing for fashion I also had the same passion for interior design and decoration, in my opinion all these passions go hand in hand together. Imagine walking into a fancy boutique with lavish comfortable chairs, eye-catching accessories and perfect lightning, where beautiful gowns, dresses and shoes are displayed..they all merge together into a divine perfection...don't you agree?
Enjoy the pics:)

Front Row At Shamask Spring/Summer 2012

The first thing I noticed about the collection was color; red, green, blue  and yellow were the key colors of the collection but neon was also very present as in many others designers this season.
The overall feel of the runway was very laid back, with models wearing colorful flip flops, in fact there were no heels at all. However the collection had a classic touch thanks to the shapes and materials used.
I loved the combination of bright colors that are huge for this season, I have a feeling 2012 fall/winter will be more colorful than ever, don't you?
